Change Manager (French Speaking) - Contract

About the role

A leading financial services organisation based in Singapore is looking for a Change Manager fluent in French to oversee and implement change initiatives within its technology department. This is a temporary role requiring fluency in French and a strong background in managing technology-related projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage change initiatives within the technology department to ensure smooth transitions and successful delivery.
• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address potential challenges and risks.
• Communicate effectively with French-speaking stakeholders so they understand project objectives.
• Monitor and report on progress, ensuring key milestones are met.
• Provide training and support to teams affected by change.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all change management activities and act as the key point of contact for change-related queries.

Required profile

• Fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
• Proven experience managing change within the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a busy financial services environment, solve problems analytically, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
