Channel Operations Account Manager, Southeast Asia

About the role

Apple’s Pacific Reseller Operations (PAC RO) team is looking for a Channel Operations Account Manager to lead demand‑supply planning for our Southeast Asia reseller partners. You will act as the primary liaison between Apple and its channel partners, ensuring efficient supply‑chain execution and maximising sell‑through across a fast‑growing region.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse demand, backlog and inventory data with partners to drive point‑of‑sale in‑stock levels and revenue.
• Develop supply and demand forecasts for selected product lines, reviewing sell‑in forecasts and ensuring adequate backlog and credit.
• Review weekly allocation plans and communicate supply visibility to partners in a timely manner.
• Serve as the single point of contact for operational issues, coordinating with functional experts to resolve partner concerns.
• Identify and drive process‑improvement opportunities across accounts.
• Maintain active communication on order status and new product introductions.
• Lead or participate in cross‑functional projects and innovation initiatives.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree in Business or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• 3+ years of planning experience in supply chain, sales operations or a similar function.
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities, with a balance of strategic and detail‑oriented thinking.
• Proven problem‑solving and issue‑resolution capabilities.
