About the role

We are looking for a Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team across Singapore. The role involves preparing and cooking dishes to our standards while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and cook dishes from the menu according to restaurant standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of food preparation areas and workstations.
Ensure food quality, consistency, presentation and compliance with food safety regulations.
Pack and organise cooked and uncooked food, adhering to portion control and minimizing waste.
Lead a team of cooks and trainees in day‑to‑day operations.
Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

Required profile

Prior experience in a similar kitchen role is preferred.
Strong understanding of cooking methods, ingredients and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Capable of working under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods.
Attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
