Chief Human Resources Officer

About the role

The Chief Human Resources Officer will lead the people agenda for a leading property management organisation in Singapore that is undergoing a major transformation. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Board, you will shape the overall HR strategy, drive cultural change and ensure the workforce is equipped for future growth.

Key responsibilities

• Steer large‑scale organisational transformation and workforce modernisation initiatives.
• Advise the CEO and Board on workforce, organisational development and leadership matters.
• Develop and implement comprehensive people and culture strategies aligned with business transformation goals.
• Oversee HR operations, governance structures and talent management processes.
• Lead change‑management programmes to maintain stability during transitions.
• Enhance employee engagement and leadership capability across all levels.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to design forward‑thinking HR policies that support both immediate and long‑term objectives.

Required profile

• Extensive senior HR leadership experience, preferably in large, operationally intensive organisations.
• Proven track record of driving organisational transformation and workforce modernisation.
• Strong commercial acumen combined with empathetic, people‑focused leadership.
• Ability to influence C‑suite executives and Board members.
• Excellent stakeholder management and change‑management skills.
