Citrix Administrator (1 year contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Citrix Administrator to join our team on a 1‑year contract. The role involves designing, deploying and maintaining Citrix environments while providing 24/7 support in a fast‑paced, rotational shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain Citrix solutions such as XenApp and XenDesktop.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Citrix environment issues.
• Configure and optimise Citrix policies and settings.
• Implement routine OS patching, manage Group Policy Objects and user profile solutions (e.g., FSLogix).
• Provide user support and resolve Citrix‑related incidents.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration with broader systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 5‑10 years of overall IT infrastructure experience, including servers, Active Directory, email, backups and network health.
• 3‑5 years of dedicated experience administering large‑scale, multi‑site Citrix farms.
• Willingness to work a rotational 8‑hour shift schedule and maintain 24/7 availability.
• Relevant Citrix certifications (CCA‑V, CCP‑V) are a plus.
