About the role
Join Bureau Veritas as a Civil Engineer Intern and support the evaluation and inspection of structural projects, ensuring safety and compliance with relevant standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in evaluating structural concepts and details, performing independent analysis to ensure safety and compliance with BCA and other authorities.
- Support senior engineers in planning and coordinating site inspections with clients or ground agencies.
- Conduct independent inspections of existing building structures, identify defects, and define repair scopes.
- Prepare inspection reports in designated formats and report outcomes to senior engineers.
- Assist in site checks of repair works, following approved methods, specifications, and instructions.
- Perform any other tasks assigned as necessary.
Required profile
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
