Claude Cowork Offline Facilitator

About the role

Women in Claude is seeking enthusiastic facilitators to lead regular offline coworking sessions where members practice using Claude, collaborate on AI projects, and support each other's learning journeys. This role focuses on creating an inclusive, hands‑on environment for women and non‑binary individuals interested in AI.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and host recurring offline coworking events, handling venue booking, scheduling, and participant communication.
• Guide participants through practical use of Claude Cowork, offering troubleshooting assistance for basic AI‑related questions.
• Foster an inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation from members of varying AI experience levels.
• Collect feedback after each session and share insights with the core Women in Claude team to improve future programming.
• Collaborate with the community team to align offline activities with broader mission objectives and propose new experiment ideas.

Required profile

• Proven experience in group facilitation, event hosting, or community management.
• Comfortable using Claude Cowork at least five times in the past two weeks.
• Strong organisational skills for coordinating venues, schedules, and communications.
• Clear, empathetic communication style, both in‑person and online.
• Commitment to gender‑inclusive, non‑discriminatory practices.
