About the role
The Cleaning Services Manager leads the delivery of high‑quality cleaning operations for our clients in Singapore. This middle‑management position oversees staff, ensures compliance with hygiene and safety standards, and maintains strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Manpower Management: Recruit, train, and schedule shift rosters for cleaning supervisors and operatives, and arrange coverage for absences.
- Quality & Compliance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure facilities meet hygiene KPIs and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of cleaning chemicals and equipment, ensuring safe and cost‑effective usage.
- Client Relations: Respond to client feedback, resolve issues on‑site, and maintain long‑term service contracts.
