Client Advisor – Operations

About the role

As a Client Advisor (Operations) you will ensure back‑of‑house efficiency and support the store team in delivering the Louis Vuitton promise. You will manage stock, coordinate deliveries and handle after‑sales services to create a seamless client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain stock inventory in optimal condition and organise stock rooms logically.
• Manage delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately.
• Ensure the right products are available on the sales floor to maximise client experience.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and handle My Product Request (MPR) to meet client needs.
• Approach after‑sales services as a client relationship opportunity, managing repair requests and follow‑up.
• Participate in morning briefings and support store objectives.

Required profile

• Prior experience in retail, hospitality or a service‑related industry (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and a pleasant disposition.
• Strong enthusiasm for luxury fashion and Louis Vuitton products.
• Adaptable, fast learner with a client‑centric mindset.
• Professional attitude, curiosity and empathy.
• Availability to work retail shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
