Client Relationship Manager

About the role

Moomoo is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to support its wealth‑tech platform in Singapore. You will act as the primary point of contact for priority clients, helping them navigate investment products and ensuring a high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial business support, building and maintaining close relationships with priority clients to meet team targets and sales goals.
• Handle daily client inquiries, including account opening assistance, relationship maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Introduce wealth products tailored to client profiles and share market information on Singapore, U.S., and Hong Kong stocks.
• Deliver telemarketing services and proactively generate new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal stakeholders to execute campaigns and achieve KPI targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or Marketing (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in banking or wealth management.
• Familiarity with private wealth‑management processes, relevant regulations, and strong risk/compliance awareness.
• Holder of MAS licence(s) or passed CMFAS examinations.
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese to serve Chinese‑speaking clients.
• Customer‑oriented mindset committed to high‑quality service.
