Client Relationship Manager – Real Estate Investments

About the role

The Investment Client Relationship Manager will be based in Singapore and will manage a portfolio of the firm’s real‑estate investment clients. The role focuses on delivering tailored investment solutions, expanding the client base and staying abreast of market developments.

Key responsibilities

• Serve and grow an existing portfolio of real‑estate investment clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase the client base.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design investment solutions that match client needs.
• Monitor market trends and industry news to provide up‑to‑date advice.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations throughout the investment process.

Required profile

• Existing network of accredited investors is a strong advantage.
• Experience in investment management, financial planning or portfolio management is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Proven ability to guide clients through investment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Full‑time onsite availability, Monday‑Friday 9:30 am‑6:30 pm.
