Client Servicing Executive - Singapore

About the role

Dentsu Solutions is expanding its Client Servicing team in Singapore and is hiring across several levels, from Client Servicing Executive to Manager. The role connects clients with internal teams so that services and projects are delivered smoothly, helping build strong client relationships and support the execution of campaigns and initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and internal stakeholders.
• Understand client goals, industry context and challenges to offer relevant support.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, reports and performance reviews.
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of client projects or campaigns from start to finish.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables and quality standards.
• Collaborate with senior team members to identify opportunities for account growth.
• Support issue resolution and escalation with a solution-focused approach.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client communications and project updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in client services, account management or a similar role (requirements may vary by level).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and problem-solving, with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Familiarity with CRM or project management tools is a plus
