Client Success Manager - Singapore

About the role

Gartner's Client Success team follows a Client for Life philosophy, ensuring every client receives value beyond their investment. The Client Success Manager in Singapore works with clients to understand their business priorities, surface challenges and help them make the right decisions. The role involves onboarding clients, proving the value of Gartner services and engaging product users within large client teams. The position is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients regularly, virtually, to understand their priorities and recommend a programme of action that drives retention and return on investment.
• Capture how clients measure value (Value Statements) so value is recognised throughout the contract.
• Build and manage relationships with C-level clients across business functions, learning to influence and solve problems with them.
• Work with internal partners such as Sales and Executive Partners to remove obstacles, ensure correct access and maximise value.
• Occasionally take part in operational improvement initiatives and coach or mentor colleagues.
• Review the client book of business regularly, using performance and engagement metrics to support renewals and retention.

Required profile

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Customer centricity and a commercial mindset to drive business renewal.
• A proven track record of excellence, with strong executive presence, communication, collaboration, prioritisation, critical thinking and influencing skills.

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills, able to turn raw data and technology/business workflows into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to understand and capture client mission-critical priorities and business requirements.
