Client Training Specialist – Hotel Revenue Management (Mandarin)

About the role

The Client Training Specialist will deliver both face‑to‑face and remote training on the IDeaS suite of revenue‑management solutions to hotel clients. The role combines instructional expertise with deep hotel revenue knowledge, and requires fluency in Mandarin to support international customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct clear, concise on‑site training sessions using approved IDeaS materials.
• Facilitate remote training, coaching, and webinars via Teams, Zoom, or similar platforms.
• Assist clients in configuring IDeaS systems to maximise operational benefits.
• Guide hotels on integrating the IDeaS system into daily operations and culture.
• Gather and process complex client requirements in real time across diverse cultures.
• Prepare detailed status and summary reports after each training assignment.
• Ensure all client‑facing materials meet professional standards.
• Identify additional training needs and recommend follow‑up sessions.
• Contribute to the development and review of training content.
• Provide internal training to IDeaS team members and mentor new specialists.
• Demonstrate the solution at sales events, trade shows, and client visits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 5+ years of hotel revenue‑management experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Proven experience in training or teaching groups.
• Fluent in Mandarin (professional or native level) and business‑level English.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort working under pressure.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills.
