Clinic Manager

About the role

The Clinic Manager will oversee daily operations across multiple clinic locations in Singapore, reporting to the Operations Manager. This role ensures smooth workflow, high service standards, and regulatory compliance while supporting staff and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform Clinic Assistant duties and supervise staff during shifts.
• Maintain staff attendance, timeliness, and address escalations.
• Train new staff and manage rostering of clinic assistants.
• Liaise with vendors (laboratory, radiology) for sample collection and report receipt.
• Handle vendor invoicing, claim processing, and respond to government/corporate queries.
• Order and manage stock of medication and consumables, minimizing expiry and dead stock.
• Ensure clinic facilities are well maintained and meet preventive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain regulatory compliance, support audits, licensing, and periodic stock takes.
• Assist with internal stakeholder management and contribute to workflow improvements.
• Participate in hiring of clinic assistants and perform other duties as assigned by the operations team.

Required profile

• Patient‑first and service‑first attitude.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and evenings.
• Relevant experience in hospitality or healthcare operations.
• Minimum 4‑5 years of operations experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
