Clinic Manager

About the role

The Clinic Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of MA Kuang’s Traditional Chinese Medicine clinics across Singapore. This part‑time role ensures efficient patient flow, compliance with health standards, and a high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily clinic operations, including cleanliness, safety, and adherence to MA Kuang’s operational standards.
• Oversee appointment scheduling, patient registration, billing, and service recovery.
• Supervise front‑desk staff and clinic assistants, conduct training, and evaluate performance.
• Maintain inventory of herbal medication, medical supplies, and TCM equipment; coordinate procurement.
• Monitor clinic KPIs, support marketing initiatives, and drive community outreach.
• Handle cash, reconcile daily sales, and prepare financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data protection (PDPA), and internal SOPs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing a healthcare or clinic environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of TCM clinic operations and relevant regulatory requirements.
