Clinic Supervisor – Manager

About the role

The Clinic Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinic operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, and a high‑quality patient experience. This role leads the clinic team, drives performance against key metrics, and supports the organization’s growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, policies, and regulatory standards.
• Inspect facilities regularly for safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
• Schedule staff according to patient workload and operational needs.
• Lead, mentor, and support Clinic Assistant staff, including onboarding, training, and coaching.
• Conduct performance reviews, address staff issues, and manage underperformance.
• Foster teamwork, professionalism, and a positive clinic culture.
• Own clinic‑level KPIs such as appointment conversion, service efficiency, patient satisfaction, and revenue performance.
• Monitor performance, implement improvement plans, and contribute to staff appraisals.
• Ensure a consistent, patient‑centred experience across all touchpoints.
• Manage and resolve patient complaints effectively.
• Act as liaison between clinic staff and senior management, ensuring clear communication.
• Identify training needs and support staff development initiatives.
• Uphold high ethical and professional standards and support compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Participate in company‑wide initiatives such as business development, marketing campaigns, new service launches, and process improvement projects.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and people‑management experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Strong ability to mentor, coach, and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results‑oriented mindset with experience managing performance metrics.
• Solid understanding of healthcare regulations, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
• Problem‑solving attitude and capacity to implement corrective actions.
