About the role

Salesforce is seeking a Cloud Account Executive focused on Service Cloud for the Singapore enterprise market. You will design and execute sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and build trusted relationships with senior customer service leaders.

Key responsibilities

Identify and develop Service Cloud opportunities within existing Salesforce customers and new prospects.
Lead large‑scale deals, collaborating with core sales teams and presenting value to VP and C‑level executives.
Define and pitch service transformation visions aligned with customer goals.
Accelerate growth of Service Cloud by refining sales messaging and enabling peers.

Required profile

Extensive background in service applications or operational customer service management.
Proven track record selling customer service or engagement solutions in multinational enterprises.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving and teamwork abilities in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
