About the role

We are seeking a motivated Commis Cook to join our fast‑growing kitchen team in Singapore. You will support daily food‑station operations, ensure high standards of hygiene, and help create memorable culinary experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain smooth day‑to‑day operations of all food stations.
• Prepare ingredients according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Set up workstations with required ingredients and equipment.
• Ensure dishes are presented attractively and stored correctly.
• Monitor ingredient quality, manage stock levels, and place orders for mise en place.
• Keep the kitchen sanitized and orderly at all times.

Required profile

• Experience maintaining rigorous quality and safety standards in a kitchen environment.
• Passionate about learning various cooking styles and techniques.
• Strong communication skills in English or Mandarin.
• Physically fit with the stamina to handle a fast‑paced kitchen.
• Team‑oriented with the ability to follow hygiene procedures.
