Communication Lead – South East Asia

About the role

Dyson is seeking a senior Communications leader to shape and deliver compelling stories that reinforce its reputation for engineering and innovation across South‑East Asia. Based in Singapore, you will drive the communications strategy for the region, covering Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated communications plans that align with Dyson’s commercial priorities and thought‑leadership goals.
• Lead end‑to‑end communications activities, from strategic planning to earned media and influencer campaigns.
• Manage relationships with external agency partners, journalists, key opinion leaders and influencers across the SEA markets.
• Provide strategic counsel to Managing Directors and regional leadership teams.
• Oversee regional communications budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Coordinate product launches, events and internal communications initiatives within the cluster.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading communications functions in a multinational environment.
• Strong cross‑functional leadership and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of media, social media and influencer ecosystems in SEA.
• Excellent storytelling ability with a track record of securing high‑impact earned coverage.
