Communications and Engagement Executive

About the role

T:>Works is looking for a high‑energy, organised and creative Communications and Engagement Executive to lead its external communications, media relations, community outreach and digital content efforts. You will shape and execute a strategy that raises the organisation’s profile, drives attendance and showcases its impact.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement the communications and engagement strategy for all programmes, including scheduling, research, analytics tracking and reporting.
• Develop and maintain a content framework and calendar for organic and paid content across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other channels.
• Manage day‑to‑day social media operations: copywriting, digital asset creation, scheduling and publishing.
• Maintain and update the company website and digital pages, coordinating with web designers and external vendors.
• Create copy and visual assets for marketing, EDMs, social media and other digital platforms.
• Design and execute a digital community engagement strategy with clear guidelines.
• Generate outreach and partnership opportunities with relevant communities and partners.
• Cultivate press and media relationships, write press releases, coordinate interviews and oversee photo sessions.

Required profile

• Passion for the arts and ability to thrive in a progressive artistic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Communications, English, Media Studies, Arts Management, Marketing, Design or related fields.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
