Communications & Content Specialist for Global Bank

About the role

We are seeking a Communications & Content Specialist to support a leading global bank. The role focuses on creating and delivering strategic communication assets across internal and external channels, leveraging both traditional and digital media.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce strategic communication deliverables such as memos, presentations, fact sheets, and special project materials.
• Create engaging multimedia content, including videos and social media assets, to convey key messages.
• Manage and update internal communication platforms, including intranet sites, newsletters, and memos.
• Support media relations through proactive monitoring, analysis, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate and manage logistics for senior visits, town halls, global campaign activations, and other events, overseeing creative design, content, and on‑site execution.
• Ensure compliance with governance processes, approvals, and audit requirements while maintaining accurate records and reporting.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in communications, content creation, public relations, or journalism, preferably within a multinational corporation or agency.
• Strong understanding of traditional and social media landscapes and ability to leverage them effectively.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects from conception to delivery.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
• Experience creating multimedia assets using video/photo editing software.
• Strong content development and editing capabilities across various formats.
