Communications Senior Manager (Product)

About the role

Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp, and its Communications team tells the Grab story worldwide, supporting growth by building a trusted brand and showcasing Grab's values and leadership. As Communications Manager / Senior Manager (Product), you will work with multiple stakeholders, be highly collaborative while owning your own work, and act as an independent thinker who can make sense of ambiguity. You will report to the Head of Corporate Communications. This is a fully onsite role at Grab's One North office in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Shape Grab's corporate brand and equity story
• Develop and run a regional communications programme showcasing Grab's tech and product, including regional media and influencer events and enabling country PR teams to announce corporate, tech and product updates
• Build and run thought leadership programmes for Grab executives
• Build and maintain strong regional media relationships and handle issues management
• Review external communications and develop multi-format content for owned channels
• Track PR outcomes against budget and business requirements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (no preference in field)
• Corporate reputation management, media relations and issues management
• Good-to-have: integrated communications, internet-sector and agency experience, 10+ years of experience, and experience in a regional or global team in a fast-growth company
• Proven track record of developing and executing programmes from the ground up with results
• Comfortable with data and able to turn it into insights for external audiences
• Strong writing, critical thinking and ability to anticipate issues
