Communications & Video Editing Specialist

About the role

This position supports the Singapore communications team of a leading bank, focusing on creating and delivering internal and external communication content. The role blends strategic writing, multimedia production, and event coordination to reinforce the bank’s brand and messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce communication deliverables such as memos, presentations, fact sheets, and special project materials.
• Create engaging multimedia assets, including videos and digital/social media content.
• Manage internal communication platforms, including intranet updates and newsletters.
• Support media relations through monitoring, analysis, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate logistics for senior visits, town halls, and global campaign activations.
• Ensure compliance with governance processes, approvals, and audit requirements.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in communications, content creation, public relations, or journalism within a multinational environment.
• Proven experience in video editing, specifically using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong corporate writing skills for speeches, press releases, and executive communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects from conception to delivery.
