Community Manager – Singapore

About the role

IM8 is seeking a proactive Community Manager to own and grow its Singapore community. You will be the first point of contact for all inbound events, partnerships, and activation opportunities, turning interest into a vibrant, on‑brand community.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the front door for every inbound event, partnership, pop‑up, and collaboration request.
• Tri­age, qualify, and prioritize opportunities, building a clear pipeline to ensure nothing slips through.
• Develop and nurture the IM8 community online and offline, converting customers, athletes, and fans into brand advocates.
• Plan, execute, and follow up on local events, pop‑ups, and activations from concept to on‑the‑day execution.
• Manage community touchpoints such as DMs, groups, comments, and email, responding quickly and on‑brand.
• Track inbound volume, event ROI, community growth, and sentiment, reporting insights to marketing and product teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in community management, events, partnerships, or brand marketing.
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple inbound requests efficiently.
• Visible, trusted presence in health, fitness, or wellness scenes.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to report on performance metrics.
