Community Manager – Social Media (SG/ID/VN/PH/TH)

About the role

Reson8 Asia is looking for a proactive Community Manager to oversee daily interactions on multiple social media platforms. You will be the primary point of contact for clients’ online audiences, ensuring timely and professional engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client social media pages on Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.
• Engage with community members and customers in a personable, timely manner to sustain active communities.
• Monitor comments, track sentiment, identify trends and address potential conflicts to protect brand reputation.
• Produce comprehensive reports on community sentiment, engagement metrics and notable trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in community management.
• Bilingual: fluent English plus native language of Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines or Thailand.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent multitasking ability and openness to constructive feedback.
• Passion for technology, social media and digital content.
