Compensation & Benefits Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Specialist to join our HR team as a subject‑matter expert. The role focuses on driving digital transformation, ensuring payroll accuracy, and supporting strategic compensation initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end payroll processing and ensure compliance with Singapore statutory requirements (CPF, tax filings, IR8A, IR21, etc.).
• Act as the go‑to expert for payroll and C&B matters, advising management on best practices and regulatory updates.
• Drive HR digitalisation projects, including system upgrades, process automation, and data‑analytics enhancements for payroll and compensation.
• Oversee SAP SuccessFactor and payroll system administration, ensuring seamless integration and optimisation.
• Manage employee lifecycle operations—onboarding, employment changes, and off‑boarding—while continuously improving processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to support payroll audits and maintain robust controls.
• Partner with HR Business Partners on budgeting, compensation benchmarking, and strategic workforce planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of payroll and C&B experience, preferably in a regional or multinational environment.
• Proven track record of leading digitalisation or transformation projects within HR.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law and statutory requirements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project leadership abilities.
• Meticulous, organised and able to work independently in a fast‑paced setting.
