Compliance Officer - Junior (Audit & Accounting)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Compliance Officer to join our corporate services team in Jurong East, Singapore. The role focuses on ensuring that our clients meet all regulatory and statutory requirements across audit, accounting and corporate compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations, laws and industry standards.
• Conduct KYC, AML, sanctions screening and client due‑diligence reviews.
• Develop, implement and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.
• Support internal audits, regulatory reviews and inspections.
• Provide compliance guidance and training to internal stakeholders.
• Identify, report and escalate potential compliance issues and regulatory risks.
• Monitor regulatory developments and communicate relevant changes.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Law, Compliance or related field.
• At least 3 years of compliance experience, preferably in corporate services, professional services, financial services or a regulatory environment.
• Good understanding of Singapore regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML/CFT and corporate compliance obligations.
