Project/Site Manager

About the role

Lindner Facades Asia Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project/Site Manager to lead turnkey façade, skylight and curtain‑wall projects across the Asian market. The role involves overseeing all phases of project delivery, ensuring quality, safety and timely completion while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and monitor project progress to meet client deadlines.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and subcontractors.
• Control operational costs and keep the project within budget.
• Maintain site documentation and records in line with ISO standards.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
• Monitor quality of work to satisfy project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly cash‑flow and project performance reports.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8‑10 years of experience managing steel, glass and building‑envelope projects.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and manage subcontractors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder liaison.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across the region.
