Construction Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects progress according to schedule while maintaining safety and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of construction practices, and the ability to coordinate multiple activities effectively on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end execution of construction projects, guaranteeing compliance with specifications and timelines.
• Plan, maintain, and supervise manpower deployment, shift schedules, and attendance.
• Monitor project expenditures, review costs, and support budget control.
• Ensure site safety, enforce building standards, and manage incident reporting and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical and work‑related issues.
• Guarantee that workers are equipped with required PPE and uphold productivity and discipline.
• Communicate site status and issues clearly to senior management.

Required profile

• ‘O’ Level, ‘A’ Level, or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 2–3 years of construction site supervision experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong knowledge of building practices, safety regulations, and project management.
• Ability to mentor teams and lead in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and verbal communication skills.
