Construction Project Manager – Renovation & Build

About the role

CLO Haus is seeking a full‑time Construction Project Manager to lead renovation and construction projects on site in Singapore. You will be responsible for delivering projects from planning through handover, ensuring they meet quality, schedule, and budget targets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, budgets and resources across all phases.
• Supervise contractors, suppliers and on‑site personnel to ensure timely, high‑quality work.
• Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Manage procurement, material delivery and logistics to keep the site running smoothly.
• Liaise with designers, clients and stakeholders, preparing reports and maintaining clear communication.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local building codes.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field (preferred).
• Prior experience managing renovation or construction projects, especially residential or commercial interiors.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with Singapore building regulations, safety standards and contract administration.
