Consultant, Business Impact Office

About the role

Join AIA’s Business Impact Office as a Consultant and help drive initiatives that boost agent productivity and activation across the organisation. You will work closely with sales, digital and partnership teams to translate strategic ideas into practical, scalable programmes that support the company’s mission of helping a billion people live healthier, longer, better lives.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of assigned Business Impact Office initiatives, including lead generation, LIG and worksite marketing programmes.
• Develop execution plans, milestones, operating models and success metrics; monitor risks and propose mitigations.
• Identify partnership opportunities and translate them into scalable initiatives across districts.
• Partner with sales teams (SDOAs & BDMs) to drive business outcomes through district engagements, capability building and programme rollout.
• Provide data and insights to improve agent activity and productivity.
• Collaborate with Digital, Insights and IT teams as the business user representative for digital tools and platforms that enhance sales productivity.
• Engage multiple stakeholders, resolve execution issues independently and deliver regular management updates, insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in insurance or financial services.
• Strong background in agency management and sales; experience in business planning, transformation or implementation is a plus.
• Proven programme ownership and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ambiguous and highly stakeholder‑driven environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Collaborative, proactive and resilient team player with strong attention to detail.
