Consultant, Global Benefits

About the role

Aon is seeking a Consultant to develop and deliver global benefits strategies for its clients across the APAC region. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to design, implement, and optimise benefit programmes that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop global benefit strategies and policies aligned with client business objectives.
• Benchmark and design benefit programmes across APAC, including medical, risk insurance, employee perquisites, allowances, and expatriate benefits.
• Provide optimal benefit funding strategies and lead risk‑management solutions.
• Design and implement benefit technology solutions.
• Lead M&A due‑diligence and integration projects.
• Offer benefits data‑analytics advisory.
• Design and execute health and wellness strategies.
• Promote Aon’s Global Benefits consulting offering to the market.
• Collaborate with Global or Regional Sales teams on business‑development opportunities.
• Leverage Aon’s capabilities to create differentiated, innovative global benefits solutions.
• Foster relationships across Global Benefits, Health & Benefits, Human Capital, and Risk Capital teams.
• Manage strategic accounts for key global benefit clients.
• Mentor and train junior consulting staff.

Required profile

• Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in regional benefits or employee insurance consulting.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with senior management and multicultural stakeholders.
• Multi‑country expertise on statutory, market practice, and best‑practice conditions.
• Stakeholder and project‑management abilities for cross‑border projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Optional: financial services licence or actuarial background.
