Consultant – Luxury & Consumer Goods Strategy

About the role

Sia is seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant to help shape the future of luxury, FMCG and retail brands. You will work directly with senior business stakeholders to design and implement strategies that span brand positioning, product development, marketing, commerce and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Address strategic challenges such as brand positioning, portfolio strategy and go‑to‑market redesign.
• Support transformation programmes including omnichannel strategy, pricing optimisation, category development and operating‑model redesign.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to generate actionable insights for clients.
• Lead project framing, client interviews, benchmarking and co‑creation of recommendations.
• Collaborate in agile, multidisciplinary teams and regularly interact with C‑level executives.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy or a strategic role within luxury, consumer goods or retail.
• Strong analytical abilities and effective prioritisation skills.
• Fast learner who thrives in dynamic, changing environments.
• Ability to move between high‑level strategic vision and detailed operational execution.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI tools (e.g., generative AI platforms).
