About the role

Join EY's People Consulting team as a Consultant or Senior Consultant, helping global clients solve complex people‑related challenges and drive sustainable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on performance management and change initiatives, including digital transformation and M&A.
• Design and implement HR operating models, shared services, centres of excellence, and organisational design.
• Develop data‑driven workforce strategies, employee value propositions and talent management programmes.
• Create reward and governance frameworks aligned with business strategy to improve retention and well‑being.
• Lead high‑profile engagements, manage project delivery and collaborate with cross‑functional teams across geographies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR transformation, talent optimisation or performance consulting.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
