Consultant – Strategy Consulting

About the role

As a Consultant at Roland Berger, you will work in a dynamic international environment, helping clients navigate complex challenges in a VUCA world. You will be responsible for designing and implementing tailored strategies and business models across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement customized strategies and business models for clients.
• Lead or co‑lead project modules and small‑scale projects, defining structure and solutions.
• Interact directly with senior client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication at all levels.
• Guide module teams, support the Project Manager, and prepare client presentations.
• Conduct client interviews and contribute to acquisition and business development initiatives.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in strategy consulting or 5‑8 years in relevant industry roles (e.g., Investor Support, Healthcare, Energy, Transportation, Telco, Media & Tech).
• Outstanding academic credentials; an MBA from a top‑tier institution is a plus.
• Experience in emerging markets, particularly Southeast Asia.
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong analytical and conceptual abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership potential, team‑player attitude, and willingness to travel.
