Content & Creative Marketing Executive – Beauty & TikTok

About the role

Rehues, a fast‑growing Singapore‑born hair‑care brand, is looking for a Content & Creative Marketing Executive to shape its online presence. You will work closely with the founders, own the end‑to‑end content creation process, and see how your work drives TikTok Shop sales, Meta ads, Shopify traffic and actual revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Create TikTok, Reels and short‑form videos covering hair transformations, product demos, before‑and‑after results, beauty trends, relatable hair problems, founder stories, street‑style clips, educational pieces and user‑generated content.
• Research TikTok, Instagram, Meta Ad Library and competitor content to uncover trends and translate them into Rehues‑specific ideas.
• Develop concepts from hook to script, storyboard, shoot, edit and publish, then analyse performance metrics.
• Write hooks, short scripts, plan simple shoots, create shot lists and edit videos using CapCut and Canva.
• Collaborate with creators and influencers: identify suitable KOLs, outreach, coordinate product seeding, brief creators and manage deliverables.

Required profile

• Passionate about beauty content and TikTok culture, with a keen eye for hooks and trends.
• Hands‑on mindset: comfortable filming with a phone, editing quickly and appearing on‑camera when needed.
• Analytical: able to evaluate why a piece of content performed well and apply those insights.
• Self‑starter who thrives on testing multiple ideas and learning fast.
