Content & Creative Marketing Executive (TikTok/Short‑Form Video)

About the role

Rehues, a fast‑growing hair‑care brand, is looking for a hands‑on Content & Creative Marketing Executive to shape its online presence. You will own the end‑to‑end process of short‑form video creation, from trend spotting to performance analysis, while collaborating closely with the founders.

Key responsibilities

• Create TikTok, Reels and other short‑form videos covering hair transformations, product demos, trends, UGC‑style clips and founder‑focused content.
• Research TikTok, Instagram, Meta Ad Library and competitor content to generate original ideas that fit the Rehues brand.
• Develop concepts into scripts, storyboards, shot lists and final edits, using tools such as CapCut and Canva.
• Publish content, monitor engagement metrics and iterate based on performance data.
• Identify, outreach and manage relationships with KOLs, influencers and UGC creators, handling product seeding, briefs and deliverables.

Required profile

• Passionate about creating compelling short‑form video content and spotting viral hooks.
• Comfortable filming and editing with a phone‑based setup and appearing on‑camera when needed.
• Curious, data‑driven and able to translate trend insights into Rehues‑specific concepts.

Required skills

• Video editing with CapCut.
• Graphic creation using Canva.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels and Meta Ads platforms.
• Use of AI tools and large language models for ideation and production.
