Content Marketing Manager - AI Trainer

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our AI training team. You will work remotely from Singapore, guiding AI chatbots through writing and editing tasks while measuring their progress and improving model quality.
Key responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing assignments to AI chatbots and review their outputs.
- Evaluate AI‑generated content for correctness, style, and performance against brand guidelines.
- Track model progress, identify logical gaps, and propose solutions to enhance accuracy.
- Collaborate with the AI development team to refine training data and feedback loops.
Required profile
- Fluent in English at a native or bilingual level.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
