Contract Manager / Assistant Contracts Manager (QS) – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager or Assistant Contracts Manager with a strong background in Quantity Surveying to lead contractual activities on general building projects in Woodlands, Singapore. The role involves overseeing contract compliance, managing claims, and ensuring project milestones are met.

Key responsibilities

• Review contractual requirements and ensure alignment with project scope.
• Provide expert advice on contractual matters to internal teams and external partners.
• Oversee and manage contractual claims, disputes, settlements, and resolutions for each project.
• Track construction progress and milestone achievement across all sites.
• Maintain and develop relationships with authorities, clients, consultants, and business partners.
• Participate in tender management and coordination activities.

Required profile

• A recognized degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
