Contract Supervisor – Singapore

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to join our team on a contract basis across Singapore. You will be responsible for aligning team performance with the company's strategic goals while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Set performance targets and deadlines that reflect the company’s vision and communicate them clearly to team members.
• Organise workflow, delegate tasks and ensure every employee understands their responsibilities.
• Monitor productivity, provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance.
• Handle employee complaints, resolve issues promptly and maintain a positive work environment.
• Maintain accurate time‑keeping and personnel records.
• Facilitate two‑way communication between upper management and staff.

Required profile

• Professional experience in supervising or team‑lead roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
