Contracts Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

As a Contracts Manager based at AirTrunk’s Singapore head office, you will act as a trusted business partner to delivery teams, overseeing commercial and contractual matters throughout the lifecycle of hyperscale data‑centre projects across the Asia‑Pacific region.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft and manage key commercial outcomes in new contracts, variations and contractual correspondence.
• Oversee contract lifecycle from kick‑off, monitor contractor performance, and drive delivery through to project close‑out.
• Assess and manage contract claims, including variations, time‑related claims, payment claims and invoices.
• Produce cost reporting and cash‑flow projections for in‑flight projects, ensuring high accuracy against KPIs.
• Develop and implement reporting tools to measure key contract metrics.
• Support innovations and initiatives for digital transformation within the contracts function.

Required profile

• Relevant degree such as Law, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in construction contract and commercial claim management.
• Proven delivery of projects with contract values exceeding SGD 500 million.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively and bring matters to closure.
• Strong influencing and business‑partnering capabilities.
