Corporate Affairs & Engagement Operations Zone Lead

About the role

You will lead the communications strategy for the Operations Zone, reporting to the Chief Operations Officer and partnering with the Corporate Affairs & Engagement team. The role shapes internal and external storytelling of the value chain, enhancing reputation and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Act as strategic communications advisor to the COO, creating executive communications, presentations, talking points, and managing the COO’s LinkedIn presence.
• Plan and execute quarterly Town Halls, all‑hands meetings, and employee engagement initiatives across the zone.
• Develop internal communication plans and produce content for newsletters, intranet, digital signage, and videos highlighting operational excellence, safety, sustainability and employee stories.
• Coordinate high‑level executive site visits, stakeholder briefings, and post‑visit communications for customers, suppliers, government officials and community leaders.
• Partner with brand and CA&E teams to generate proactive internal and external content that showcases operational innovation and sustainability leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate communications, preferably within large, multinational operations.
• Strong ability to craft executive‑level messaging and thought‑leadership content.
• Excellent stakeholder management and event coordination skills.
• Demonstrated track record of driving employee engagement and internal storytelling.
