Corporate Communications Advisor – APAC Internal Communications

About the role

We are seeking a strategic Internal Communications Advisor for the APAC region who will act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, translating business priorities into clear communication strategies that drive alignment and action across a fast‑moving organization.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and own the APAC internal communications agenda, aligning it with business transformation priorities.
• Design and execute communication programs that move beyond awareness to influence employee understanding, decision‑making and behaviour.
• Craft compelling narratives that connect the “why” of transformation to what it means for team members.
• Transform the intranet and content ecosystem (including video) into high‑impact platforms, using audience insight and performance data.
• Curate high‑impact engagement moments such as internal forums and leadership events to reinforce priorities.
• Partner with cross‑functional and geographic teams to ensure consistent, amplified, and relevant messaging.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, communications or related fields with a proven record of influencing business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in complex, multinational environments.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast‑paced settings and setting direction where none exists.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to build trust quickly with senior stakeholders.
• Data‑informed mindset, using insights and metrics to refine communication strategy.
