Corporate Communications Executive – Internal & Brand Communications

About the role

The Corporate Communications Executive will lead internal and brand communication initiatives for a regional manufacturing business. You will craft engaging content, manage newsletters, and support brand consistency across Singapore and regional offices.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and publish the regional newsletter, e‑newsletter and other internal communication materials.
• Manage end‑to‑end publication processes, including content collection, editing, translation, proofreading, design review and scheduling.
• Arrange printing, courier delivery and distribution of newsletters and corporate gifts.
• Create articles, interviews, photography, videos and presentations to promote employee engagement and company initiatives.
• Support the implementation of the company brand strategy and coordinate brand workshops, roundtables and related initiatives.
• Monitor communication effectiveness through performance analytics and prepare related reports.
• Assist regional CSR projects, prepare press releases, communication materials and post‑event reports.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong editing and proofreading abilities.
• Minimum Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Design or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in corporate, internal or marketing communications, public relations or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Japanese is a plus but not mandatory.
