Corporate Finance Manager – Trading & Risk

About the role

The organization is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to partner closely with the business, providing financial insights, driving performance management, and supporting risk and capital allocation decisions. This role is central to financial planning, reporting, and business partnering for sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and commercial insights to support decision‑making and profitability.
• Support joint‑venture operations, review commercial agreements and fee structures.
• Drive process improvements in reporting and strengthen internal controls.
• Support tax‑related analysis and business integration initiatives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance‑tracking activities.
• Monitor financial risks including FX, counterparty, interest‑rate, and commodity exposures and recommend controls.
• Partner with Treasury to optimise working capital and liquidity management.
• Oversee financial reporting activities and coordinate external audit.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• CPA, CFA or MBA qualification is advantageous.
• 6–8 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A or business partnering.
• Exposure to trading, commodities, manufacturing, energy or multinational environments.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical capabilities.
• Good understanding of treasury, working‑capital management and financial‑risk concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to support strategic initiatives and drive projects in a fast‑paced environment.
