Corporate Finance Manager – Trading & Risk

About the role

Our client, a well‑established regional organization, is looking for an experienced Corporate Finance Manager with a focus on Trading & Risk. You will partner closely with business units to provide financial insights, drive performance management, and support risk and capital allocation decisions that enable sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and commercial insights to support decision‑making and profitability.
• Support joint‑venture operations, review commercial agreements and fee structures.
• Drive process improvements in reporting and strengthen internal controls.
• Assist with tax‑related analysis and business integration initiatives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance‑tracking activities.
• Monitor financial risks—including FX, counter‑party, interest‑rate and commodity exposures—and recommend controls.
• Partner with Treasury to optimise working‑capital and liquidity management.
• Oversee financial reporting and coordinate external audit activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
• CPA, CFA or MBA qualification is advantageous.
• 6–8 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A or business partnering.
• Exposure to trading, commodities, manufacturing, energy or multinational environments is beneficial.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical capabilities.
• Good understanding of treasury, working‑capital management and financial‑risk concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to support strategic initiatives and drive projects in a fast‑paced environment.
