Corporate Management Trainee – Accounting, Marketing or Procurement

About the role

Join a fast‑growing corporate management trainee program that offers fresh graduates a hands‑on rotation across our food & beverage outlets before specializing in Accounting, Marketing or Procurement. The role provides a solid foundation in operational processes and cross‑functional collaboration, preparing you for future leadership positions.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a 3‑6 month rotation in F&B outlets to gain operational experience.
• Accounting track: manage daily accounting tasks, prepare financial statements, conduct analysis and support outlet‑level finance.
• Marketing track: assist in campaign creation, digital marketing, content production, CRM management and brand activations.
• Procurement track: support sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiations, logistics, inventory control and outlet maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to problem‑solving initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Accounting/Finance, Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics).
• Fresh graduate with strong leadership potential and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work hands‑on in operations for the initial rotation period.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin is essential for the Accounting track and preferred for the other tracks.
