Corporate Travel Consultant – Singapore

About the role

As a Corporate Travel Consultant at Amex GBT, you will join a highly skilled team delivering exceptional travel services to corporate clients. You will work in a collaborative, inclusive environment that values innovation and career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers, both individuals and groups.
• Conduct analysis and research on travel options, anticipating traveler needs and promoting additional services.
• Book domestic and international business travel across air, road, rail, and accommodation using various GDS platforms.
• Ensure compliance with client travel policies, service provider rules, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide professional telephone service, handling special requests and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with teammates to coach, mentor, and improve service levels.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering excellent client service and proactive anticipation of needs.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Integrity in handling personal traveler information.
• Solid understanding of the travel industry, including business travel and airline reservations.
• Ability to resolve customer issues independently and work well in a team.
