About the role

Searce is seeking a visionary Country Head to lead its Solutions Consulting practice across the region. This executive will own revenue, drive AI‑powered transformation, and shape the future of cloud and industry‑specific solutions for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build, grow, and manage a high‑performing team of Solutions Consultants and Account Managers.
• Identify and accelerate adoption of industry‑specific technical opportunities, delivering tailored cloud and AI solutions.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to CEOs and CTOs, guiding them through digital transformation and “futurify” initiatives.
• Represent Searce at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen ecosystem partnerships.
• Own long‑term profitable growth, hiring, training, and empowering the forward‑deployed solver (FDS) team.

• Proven track record as a revenue‑owning executive and business leader.
• Architect of audacious solutions with a mindset to dismantle assumptions and re‑engineer best practices.
• Compassionate collaborator, bold experimenter, and tireless iterator with a great sense of humor.
• Strategic thinker who can operate at scale and influence C‑level stakeholders.
